We want every Feedless order to arrive exactly as expected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email hello@feedless.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first.
Because our apparel is prepared individually for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind.
Items approved for return must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the condition received. We may reject claims that are submitted late, missing photos, or show normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed shipment, we may ask you to cover the reshipping cost before sending it again.
